PS Travels Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions, apply to your use of PS Travel’s Website and the services offered through it. Your use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, including the polices incorporated into them by reference. If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Site or the services. The Terms of Use incorporate various policies, including those listed below. The policies may apply to specific Services or programs offered by PS Travels and they may amend the Terms of Use, from time-to-time by publishing changes on their site. The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you, PS Travels and Related Companies and supersede any previous agreement or understanding.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or above and have the authority to use our services and agree to the Terms and abide by this agreement. PS Travels authorizes you to access the website solely for ordering purpose. PS Travels logo is protected under copyright and trademark.
Payment Checks: Please Note that for Bank Transfers, PS Travels should receive the amount in full as per Invoice. Payment by Cheque / Giro is only valid on clearance.
Online Payments: PS Travels have the right to charge transaction or service charges and may be altered at the discretion of PS Travels. Payments has to be made by Payment Getaways authorized by PS Travels and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred while doing these transactions. Please check before providing any confidential and personal details. PS Travels does not collect taxes or levies. If a hotel or city destination charges taxes, those taxes are the responsibility of the user.
Rate of Exchange: PS Travels uses Airline/ Bank Rate for Payments received.
Check Points: PS Travels reserves the right to safe guard themselves by cancelling your bookings and take action against you in case of any fraud while using Credit card or any other mode of payment.
Dispute: Any Disputes arising between the parties can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court of law of the Republic of Indonesia with mutual consent or could be settled amicably by both parties.
Information: Information provided in the website is for identification only and PS Travels has the right to terminate its services provided to you in the event of breach of any terms of use or any unlawful activity. PS Travels is not responsible for any marketing errors made accidentally.
Visa: You need to check your visa before you travel to any foreign countries and other immigration requirements yourself, PS Travels will not be responsible for any issues, including inability to travel or any legal, financial related issues.
Medical Test / Vaccines: RT-PCR/Swab Test for Covid19 is Mandatory 96 hours before departure to avoid quarantine. Please check on the required vaccines to the country that you are travelling. PS Travels will not be responsible in any case you are denied from boarding for failure to produce any test report.
Force Majeure: In any case of an unlikely event of Force Majeure which are beyond control of both parties, the parties based on good will make efforts to recover or reduce the losses provided they receive a written notice regarding the cause.
Prohibition: All parties are prohibited from violating the integrity or security of the website and maintaining friendly relation and public order. All parties will maintain good norms and ethics and are not permitted to host, display, publish any harmful information or unlawful in any manner.
Indemnity: You herby agree to indemnify to hold PS Travels and their associates, their official team including their directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, suppliers, representatives harmless from any third-party claims, losses, liability & damages. PS Travels will notify you if any such claim arises and you agree to provide PS Travels with prompt and reasonable assistance at your own expense in defending any such claim.
Termination: This agreement will be in force while you are using PS Travels services. Incase PS Travels discovers that you have requested any unauthorized services PS Travels will have the right to take action against you including cancellation of your bookings and forfeiture of your payments etc. without informing you. PS Travels has sole and full discretion to change, postpone, discontinue or stop the Site and/or part of the Site, including any Services, and/ or usage of the Site, or part thereof, at any time for any reason without prior notification to you.
These Terms (and any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including any alleged breach or challenge to the validity or enforceability of these Terms)) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance solely by the laws of Indonesia
PS Travels Refund Policy
Changes: In events of any delays, cancellation, overbooking or any other causes beyond the control of PS Travels, they have the right to change the availability of products subject to supplier availability, rescheduling or suspend your services. In case your reservation does not get confirmed PS Travels is not responsible for any additional expenses in connection with your bookings.
Refunds: All refunds shall take place keeping into consideration normal airline and supplier procedures and as per the normal banking payment cycles.
Liability: You acknowledge that PS Travels acts as an intermediary service provider and is not a Supplier and therefore will not be held responsible of any lack of services provided by any of our suppliers. PS Travels will not be responsible for any personal damages, injuries or expenses resulting from them. The maximum liability of PS Travels would be limited to IDR 100.000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) Per case only.
